Developing a Social Media Strategy(Social Media 102)
This class allows small business owners to develop a social media strategy to maximize the presence of their business on social media. This class will consist of two parts. The first part is focused on planning and strategy to use social media effectively. The second part will provide guidance on creating a Professional Online Profile. In this class you will:
- Define Customer Personas and Buying Cycles
- Define Business goals and objectives as they relate to your social media sites
- Identify and prioritize the strategies and tactics you will use (blog, podcast, social networks, directories, etc.)
- Discuss Best Practices
- Creating a Listening Station
- Content Schedule and Strategy
- Create a Professional Online Profile
- Consistent Branding across Social Media Sites
