Website Packages from Changescape Web

Changescape Web focuses on building WordPress Websites and templated small websites and landing page – lead magnet combination sites.

For WordPress, our approach is to stick with using Thrive Themes whenever possible with as little custom code as possible. We feel that this gives us: 

• the design flexibility (from Thrive) and  
• ease of maintenance due to a standard minimal set of plugins we use with Thrive Themes and 
• ease of maintenance due to minimal custom code (website is more stable and less likely to break)
• a repeatable and quickly deployable development environment  

We leverage both the StoryBrand framework and the Duct Tape Marketing Homepage checklist for most of our homepage designs. We also incorporate other key  content blocks throughout the homepage or landing page design.

Starter WordPress websites ($997 for 5 pages or $1197 for 10 pages + $70/mo hosting)

• Built from a template with a pre-built homepage layout (3 choices)
• One Lead Magnet (provided by you) CTA

• Upgrade to add up to 5 more pages of provided content (you provide)

The focus of this plan is to rapidly create a professional-looking website that provides the ability to add additional content over time and SEO over time. 

If you need us to write the content, it is $500 for 5 pages. 

NOTE: Termination of our WordPress hosting and maintenance will require the client to purchase any needed licenses for the themes and plugins.

Standard Custom WordPress Website ($3497 + $100/mo hosting)

• Built from a pre-built homepage layout (based on DTM and StoryBrand)

  • Ebook (approximately 2500 words – add $497-$697 depending on the topic)

Key Add-Ons for SEO and Lead Generation

Add-On SEO and Lead Generation packages can be purchased individually or stacked - these are only available at these prices if they are added to one of the website packages above.

For example, you can stack the Search Area SEO with either the Minimum SEO or the SEO Dominance Package, and you can add either Facebook Ad Management or Google Ad Management to any of the SEO packages.

Minimum SEO – $600 setup (SEO audit) + $297/mo

The focus of this package is to make sure that the minimum core technical SEO issues are monitored and addressed in a timely manner.

• SEO Audit of existing issues 
• Reviewing, optimizing, and making strategic recommendations for the website to keep up with search engine algorithm updates (changes made on an hourly rate basis of $120/hour) 
• Monitoring and managing backlink profile on an ongoing basis to minimize the risk of algorithmic penalties and negative SEO attacks 
• Reviewing and working with the client to improve website conversion rates (changes made on an hourly rate basis of $120/hour, or $300/landing page)  

Service Area SEO – $800 setup (pages written, tools configured) + $397/mo

The focus of this package is on improving local SEO, especially for Service Area businesses, but it can be effective to brick and mortar businesses too.

• Add Service Area Pages targeted to 10 cities (approximately 2500 words total) 
• Includes Hyperlocal pages with Schema Markup 
• Ability to add an additional 10 cities (areas)
• Includes adding appropriate internal links  

SEO Dominance – $1000 setup + $1500/mo

The focus of this package is on improving technical SEO. If the niche is very competitive, this package might be more expensive. This is active management of SEO to capitalize on opportunities as well as to address threats.

• Citation and Link Building program 
• Content Distribution Network 
• Advanced Analytics Tracking (for Goals and Funnels, UTM tracking, and multi-channel Funnels) 
• Triage SEO priorities each month to proactively identify opportunities and address content gaps (includes keyword recommendations) 
• Two 750 word blog posts per month
• Blog promotion system (12-month social media campaign to drive traffic back to the blog posts) 
• Includes adding appropriate internal links  

Lead Generation Options

• Facebook Ad Management - $400 setup, $300 per Landing Page needed, $300/mo management
• Google Ad Management/Campaign - $400 setup, $300 per Landing Page, $300/mo management - Changescape Web is a Google Partner
• Programmatic Advertising: Our Traffic Bash program provides Display and Mobile Ads (Cold Traffic) campaigns or Remarketing Ads (Warm Traffic) - $450/mo for approximately 20,000 impressions/month, $300 set up fee. DTMCN get an additional 10,000 impressions per month for 3 months. 
• Yelp Ads  and Profile Management - $300 setup, $200/mo (starting) management - Changescape Web is a Yelp Advertising Partner

Facebook and Google Ad programs do not include monthly ad spend.

Yelp Ads are done through our Yelp Partner Postal, and include Ad Spend billed through us (Ad spend typically $540-900/mo) 

Display Ads DO include ad spend. Targeting based on interests and demographics, geo-fencing and geo-targeting, or remarketing.

Google Ad Campaign includes either 2 or 3 Ad Groups, and 2 or 3 Ad Variations (total of 6). If more are needed, the the setup fee will increase, and the monthly management fee may also increase.
