So as a small business, here are some content creation tips to help you get started.

Be a content curator.  You are already an expert at what you do, and chances are you are pulling information from different sources.  Collect, organize, and share the best of the content with your insights.

Don’t try to do too many things at once.  Web Pages, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Blogging, Podcasts … they are all great.  But focus on using one or two of these to build success and a comfort level.  Add another tool or type of content every month or so as you get confortable.

Ask Cutomers and Employees.  Customers have great insight into what content they would find helpful.  They can also give you a testimonial.  Employees see common issues, customer service, and inefficiencies.  All great ideas for content.

Do what you love.  If you do what you love, creating content is easy.  Chances are, you already have a ton of great ideas for content!
